Rain, rain go away! As far as the rain is concerned there is good news and bad news. The good news (for the DR) is that ‘Tropical Storm Bonnie,’ which has been causing all this rain is now centered over the Bahamas and headed up across the end of Florida towards New Orleans. The bad news is that there is still a huge cloud hovering over the DR, which will surely cause even more rain!
