The Rolex Farr 40 regatta officially starts on Wednesday the 21st of April – which is when the first regatta (race) is held, however, many other events and preparations for the races are being held later this week….(including Casa de Campo Living’s Noche Dominicana on Tuesday the 20th!)
The final preparations for this great event actually started several weeks ago with the arrival of the 10 competing boats and now starting from THIS Thursday the 15th of April the event will finally begin!!!
So what exactly is happening?
Below you can see a copy of the schedule sent to us from the Casa de Campo Yacht Club – it will give you a good idea of what is going on. However, as the schedule is not very detailed we hope to be able to update you in a little more detail soon….stay tuned!!
AND don’t forget Casa de Campo Living’s ‘Noche Dominicana’ sponsored by RON ATLANTICO on Tuesday evening (the 20th of April) – a very special Dominican street fair in the Calle Barlovento to celebrate the official opening of the regatta and to welcome all the sailors to our beautiful country!
