In what is a spectacular event regarded as one of the most extraordinary of the year, is the Christmas Lighting Ceremony by Casa de Campo. Altos de Chavón, magnificent already, is transformed in even greater splendor with the magic of Christmas.

Lights adorn the St. Stanislaus Church from rooftop to bell tower, and down to the cobblestone path. Reds, greens, purples, and blues make their way through the radiant night to alight your youthful energy and holiday cheer. Little ones will sit atop Santa’s lap and dance around in the spirit of excitement, musicians will prep their strings, and band members will decorate themselves in festive body paint.
At 7:30pm the Christmas Lighting Ceremony begins by lighting the Christmas tree, marking the start of this joy filled holiday in Casa de Campo.
Following the display of lights, the Jazz Big Band of the National Conservatory of Music, directed by Maestro F. Javier Vargas will play and envelope you with the warmth of the season.
Mark your calendars for December 11th to be witness to Chavón’s splendor and setting as the stage for a merry wonderland sure to captivate all. Catch last year’s unveiling here in the sweetest video.
