I remember what now seems like so long ago, the rinky dinky Casa de Campo International Airport was the little airport that could. With its minimal length runway intersecting the Teeth of the Dog, and an itsy bitsy tiny white picket fence separating you from being sucked into a jet engine of a 737.

I’ll admit that in all my time living in Casa de Campo, its come as a pleasant surprise that this little airport that could NEVER HAD A MAJOR INCIDENT! Someone was looking out for this place.

I’d like to find a few more photos to add to the blog in the future, so if you have any – please let me know, I’d love to get my hands on them.
