A tennis tournament was one of the sporting competitions that took place on February 19th, as part of the fundraiser weekend that allows the Hogar del Niño School to continue aiding working mothers with a place that cares for their children from 3 months to 19 years old. (En Español debajo.)
Numerous energized matches took place in the Tennis courts of La Romana Country Club where many of the Casa de Campo Villa owners participated, showcasing their sporting prowess whilst contributing to the cause.
Although the participants were hard at work with their eye on the prize, spectators and family members sat and watched while enjoying all the free food and drinks from sponsors such as McDonald’s and Rica.
The winners for the tennis tournament for Hogar del Niño fundraising weekend were:
