It was all going so well! Despite a few brief light(ish) showers of rain, the first few hours of the second anual Bazaar Navideño on Saturday the 10th of December were very successful for everyone. But then it rained and rained and rained and the Bazaar Navideño was all but washed away!

The Plaza Lama team!

In the morning /early afternoon the event was a wonderful winter wonderland! Lots of tourists, as well as Casa de Campo residents and villa owners enjoyed a pleasant few hours at the Bazaar Navideño in Altos de Chavón, which boasted Christmas music, fantastic Christmas shopping, a fun kids area with bouncy castles and the giant human beach balls, a laid back lounge with Presidente Beer and Gino’s pizza.

Relaxing with Rústicos y Más Also a sponsor of the event, Rústicos y Más participated with an impressive rustic furniture display – which is still up in Altos de Chavón and you will be able to visit during the Bazaar Navideño (part 2) this Friday and Saturday.
