Next week on Thursday the 8th of May the Altos de Chavón Regional Museum of Archeology invites you to a talk “Underwater caves – a portal to the unknown” being presented by Cristian Pitarro of the Dominican Republic Speleological Society

The talk which will begin at 6pm and will be held inside the Altos de Chavón Regional Museum of Archeology and will discuss the conservation and protection of these natural springs and underwater caves found across the Dominican Republic.

This important topic will be presented by Argentine Cristian Pitarro, a specialist diver of the Dominican Speleological Society, who works in researching and promoting the conservation of these beautiful springs and underwater caves.
