The Spanish artist AINOTMA, will exhibit her paintings for the first time at the main Gallery at Altos de Chavón. The Spanish painter held her first exhibit in the Dominican Republic in 2007, in Casa de Campo with Fundación Mir’s collaboration.
AINOTNA’s oil on canvas paintings portray the figure in its purest way, with intense realism, expressing her emotions and life experiences in each of her paintings.
Her figures and portraits, with a hint of hyper-realism that influences and enters the spectator in its own dreams. The array of colors used by the artist is constantly changing in her as she experiences new forms to transmit her legacy.
After spending time dedicated to her other passion, medicine, she returns to her artistic path in 1995, marked by individual exhibits and presentation in art fairs in Barcelona, Valencia and Sevilla. Her paintings are part of private collections in Spain, France, Germany, Sweden and the Dominican Republic.
2009, The exhibit “Chronology of a dream” will be the first time the artist assembles her figurative style together with the greatness of the Caribbean, its sky, beaches and it’s sea…..
According to her, “I have the need to unite my two worlds, the figure as a complete expression and the intense sensations that the Caribbean sea produces in me…. a mixture that emerges from her own reality, since she shares her life between Spain and the Dominican Republic, residing in Bayahibe, a little fishermen village that she calls “Gods Caprice“
Her show can be seen at the Altos de Chavón Gallery from September 24 until October 2

La artista española AINOTNA, expone sus obras en ALTOS DE CHAVON.
Por primera vez AINOTNA, expondrá sus obras en la galería principal de Altos de Chavon. Pintora española que expuso en la republica dominicana por primera vez en el año 2007, algunas de sus obras se presentaron en Casa de Campo, en colaboración con la FUNDACION MIR.
AINOTNA utiliza el óleo sobre lienzo y plasma en sus cuadros la figura en estado puro, un realismo intenso, expresando sentimientos y experiencias en cada uno de sus cuadros.
Sus figuras, sus retratos rozan el hiperrealismo que influencia e introduce al espectador en sus propios sueños. La gama de colores ha ido variando en sus cuadros a medida que la artista experimenta nuevas formas de transmitir su legado.
Tras un período dedicado plenamente a su otra pasión la Medicina, retoma su trayectoria artística en 1995, marcada por exposiciones individuales y muestras en ferias de Arte en Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla. Sus obras forman parte de colecciones particulares en España, Francia, Alemania, Suiza y República Dominicana.
2009_ La exposición “CRONOLOGIA DE UN SUEÑO”, será la primera ocasión en que la artista ensamble su estilo figurativo junto a la grandeza del Caribe, sus cielos, sus playas, su mar….
Según ella misma afirma:”tengo la necesidad de unir mis dos mundos, la figura como expresión completa y la intensidad de sensaciones que me produce el mar caribe…..”.Una mezcla que surgió de su propia realidad, pues comparte su vida entre España y la R. Dominicana, residiendo en Bayahibe. Ese pueblecito pesquero que la cautivó y al que ella le gusta llamar “el capricho de Dios”.
CRONOLOGIA DE UN SUEÑO, podrá ser visitada del 24de septiembre al 20 de octubre. En la galería principal de Altos de Chavon.
