“Soleils” art exhibit presented by the French artist Michel Bizet will remain open at the Altos de Chavón art gallery until next Monday the 23rd of April – which means this week is your last chance to see this beautiful exhibit.
Located on the 1st floor of the Altos de Chavón art gallery, “Soleils” is a beautiful collection of impressionist paintings, some with bold bright colors and completely abstract and others in more soothing pastel shades representing countryside scenes.
The “Soleils” art exhibit was inaugurated on Thursday March 22nd as part of the inauguration of the 1st annual “Semana de Francia” celebrated in Altos de Chavón and Casa de Campo, which included an official inauguration ceremony began, led by the elegant Blandine Kreiss, ambassador of France for the Dominican Republic, live music by the “Gran Orchestre de Rene Coll” as well as cocktails at “Carrefour.”

In attendance at the opening cocktail of “Soleils” was the artist Michel Bizet himself, Claudio Silvestri, President and CEO of Premier Resorts and Hotels, the management company for Casa de Campo, Manuel Grullón, President of the Dominican-French Chamber of Commerce and Blandine Kreiss, ambassador of France for the Dominican Republic as well as numerous Casa de Campo villa owners, residents and visitors who were in Altos de Chavón to celebrate the beginning of the “Semana de Francia.”
