You see back in December of last year, we, SILGON, a modern media company based in Casa de Campo, who are now entering on our 1st successful decade in publishing, decided to start the celebrations by inviting our clients, as well Casa de Campo villa owners on a 7-night luxury Caribbean cruise aboard the MSC Música.
“While we have an entire year of celebrations to look forward to, we thought we’d start by offering a nice Caribbean cruise,”said Philip Silvestri, founder and CEO of SILGON.

Departing from the Casa de Campo – La Romana port on Sunday December the 21st, the group of Casa de Campo voyagers started their vacation by being welcomed on board the MSC Música by Philip Silvestri, founder and CEO of SILGON and Rebecca Hughes, editor of publications. Among the group were a varied cross-section of the Casa de Campo community, including a lively group of Italians, Ronny Duluc and his entire family of more than 20, Headmaster of the Abraham Lincoln School, Harry Magee, and former Miss Dominican Republic and runner-up of Miss Universe, Renata Soñe.
Setting sail from Casa de Campo – La Romana, the MSC Música called at Road Town in Tortola, St John’s in Antigua, Fort de France in Martinique, Castries in St Lucia, Pointe-a-Pitre in Guadeloupe and Phillipsburg St Maarten.
“It was a marvellous week, our cabin was very comfortable, the food was riquísima [very very tasty], the shows were spectacular, the children’s activities were excellent. It was a fabulous family experience.” Former Miss Dominican Republic, Renata Soñé told Casa de Campo Living. “Thank you very much to SILGON, Rebecca Hughes and Philip Silvestri for this great Christmas gift for all the family, we enjoyed it immensely,” she added.
