From Thursday March 29th through to Sunday April 1st, the annual “MIR Bazaar” at the La Romana Country Club in Casa de Campo was open for business, raising funds to support the Fundación MIR’s schools in La Romana, with the “Ladies Luncheon” hosted by Lian Fanjul de Azqueta founder of the Fundación MIR attracting quiet a crowd on Saturday afternoon.
Celebrated in conjunction with the exclusive and glamorous annual Sugar Golf Tournament hosted by Alfy Fanjul, a 4-day golfing event with the participation of more than 200 golfers, all personally invited by Alfy himself, the MIR Bazaar is an excellent additional source of income for the Fundación MIR whilst also a fantastic opportunity to buy gifts – for friends, family or even oneself!

Rústicos y Más at the MIR Bazaar

And in the midst of indulgence (shopping and/or lunching), a fashion show sauntered through the Bazaar. The fashion show, an annual addition to the MIR Bazaar was once again organized y Casa de Campo villa owner Claudia Becker and featured beautiful models from the Casa de Campo community wearing fashions by AZURRO (luxury clothing boutique in the Marina Casa de Campo) & CASITA DE YAGO, an adorable children’s clothing range.
