Next Saturday the 11th of August, the Fundación MIR charity invites you to support their wonderful cause by attending their “Fundación MIR Family Weekend for Life” event, one of the most fun yet glamorous soirees in the Casa de Campo calendar – and tickets are only US$150! So will we see you there?
This year the event which raises essential funds to support the day to day running of the Fundación MIR schools, includes tennis and golf tournaments, the “Dancing for Life” Dinner and Gala, with famous Dominican TV host Pamela Sued as Mistress of Ceremonies, as well as an After-Party with DJ Gringo!

The Fundación MIR Family Weekend for Life – 2011
On Saturday the 13th of August 2011, the Fundación MIR Family Weekend for Life event was celebrated in Casa de campo with fun golf and tennis tournaments, followed by a wonderful celebratory dinner, dance and after party!
The Fundación MIR is a non-profit organization which works to provide education to the children of the greater La Romana area, who are most in need. They run 3 schools; the MIR Esperanza (boys vocational school), the Escuela Tecnica Vocacional Fundación MIR (girls vocational school) and the Primaria MIR (infants school).
