The Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival is this Friday 21st through to Sunday August 23rd, 2015.
Three days full of world-class culinary experiences featuring prestigious national and international chefs, featuring special guest chef, 3-star Michelin chef, Xabier Gutiérrez from the Arzak Restaurant in San Sebastian, Spain.
Alongside Xabier Gutiérrez will be Saverio Stassi, chef at Pat’epalo, winner of the Dominican Republic’s best restaurant in 2014. Anthony Masas Executive Chef of Casa de Campo will be acting as host chef, Masas has an outstanding international career in some of the most important restaurants in Spain and has worked with masters like Martin Berasategui, Carmen Ruscalleda and Ferran Adria, among others.
The Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival weekend will include exclusive dinners, a lunch tasting, a beachfront brunch, as well as a series of other culinary activities, such as beer, wine and spirits tastings.
