Save the date! On Saturday the 20th of November the Hogar del Niño is hosting a fun evening of games, dinner and general merriment at the La Estancia Golf Resort, just 20 minutes outside of Casa de Campo – to raise money for the Hogar del Niño!
The Hogar del Niño needs medical supplies and so the aim of the evening is to raise money to buy medicine urgently needed for the more than 1500 children cared for in the Hogar del Niño everyday.
The ‘games’ evening will feature different card games such as poker and bridge and each participant/attendee will in exchange for a $100 donation receive dinner and $50 worth of chips to spend the evening playing and gambling with! Players will be divided into different tables, depending on what game they would like to play, and each table will be given a ‘pot’ so everyone will have the chance to win some money!
We will be publishing full details of this exciting event soon, but for now here are the basics:
