Another fabulous Casa de Campo wedding! Marco Antonio Carrasco de la Cruz and Hay Aymed Salinas Laos, a young couple with a baby came to Casa de Campo and Altos de Chavón from Peru to say “I do” in an intimate and traditional wedding ceremony.
The quaint cobbles of Altos de Chavón were the perfect backdrop for this couple’s dream Casa de Campo wedding. Joined by only their closest family and friends, as well as baby boy Ignacio, Marco and Hay exchanged vows at the St. Stanislaus church in the heart of Altos de Chavón.
The beautiful bride glowed in a traditional white wedding gown, designed to play tribute to the late Spanish designer Manuel Mota and was led down the aisle by her father José del Carmen Salinas Acosta. The traditional Catholic ceremony was resided over by Father Victor García who received the wedding rings from the couple’s young son who acted as ring bearer for his parents.
After the ceremony the wedding party used the unique Altos de Chavón architecture for posing for memorable wedding pictures; on the steps of the church, at the fish fountain, in the Altos de Chavón amphitheater and even in a Casa de Campo golf cart!
The celebrations then continued at La Piazzetta restaurant with cocktails and speeches on the terrace overlooking the Chavón river.
A magical Casa de Campo wedding and certainly this family will be talking about for a very long time!
Congratulations to Marco and Hay!
