With Semana Santa around the corner, the community has already started preparing for a week filled with fun! During this week, Casa de Campo floods with people looking to have a good time celebrating Holy Week with friends and family and lots of delicious food and cocktails! Punto Licores, a CdC community favorite, has helped us put together a killer list of quality cocktails to keep you refreshed and ready for the busy week ahead!

First up, we have a Champagne Spritz! For this bubbly cocktail, we suggest using a Rosé Maschio champagne, Aperol, Blood Orange flavored San Pellegrino, and a blood orange garnish. Start by filling your wine glass with ice and pouring 3 parts champagne, 2 parts Aperol, 1 part Blood Orange San Pellegrino over it. Stir and finish it off with a blood orange slice garnish!

Next up on the list, we have Le Grand Fizz! This light vodka base cocktail is sweet but not overbearing using St. Germain, soda water, and limes as its main ingredients. For this cocktail, fill a wine glass with ice followed by 1 part Grey Goose vodka, ½ ounce of St. Germain, 2 parts club soda and squeeze 3 limes for added zest over the ice. Stir and sip away!

For our third cocktail, we have a classic CdC favorite, a lime Margarita! For this you’ll need Jose Cuervo tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice! First, pour 2 parts tequila, followed by 1 part Cointreau and 1 part lime juice into a shaker filled with ice and shake it up! Pour the mixture into a glass over ice, and you’re ready to party!

Last but definitely not least, we have a Gimlet! This cocktail is the easiest concoction to make but don’t let that fool you into thinking it’s weak! This cocktail requires Beefeater gin, lime juice, and soda water. Start with 4 parts gin to 1 part lime juice and add a splash of soda. Stir and you’re ready to go!
