What’s better that a nice hot, cheese dripping delicious pizza?! Having it made in a brick oven, of course!

Don’t get me wrong, if it’s made in a regular gas or electric oven I’ll take it! But there’s something about the taste of pizza fresh out of a brick oven that makes you feel like all is right with the world.

Our friends at Onno’s Bar and Restaurant have a new brick oven they’ll start using TODAY! Call up your friends and head to Onno’s starting at 5pm where you can be sure to wash away the Monday blues with mouthwatering pizza.

What’s the difference you ask, between a regular ole oven and a brick oven? WELL, because of the high heat stored in the walls of brick ovens, your pizza will cook even faster- which means you can order seconds and have it ready in no time. Brick ovens also give pizza crust a better taste, because the moisture residing in the dough is quickly channelled into a fluffy crust that’s soft and chewy. Plus, those toppings we love to pile on will maintain their nutrient levels since they’re not sitting in a regular oven for 20+ minutes. And the cheese, oh that delicious melted cheese, it won’t burn, it will just grab that smoky brick-oven flavor.
