The New York Presbyterian Hospital celebrated a medical symposium in the Dominican Republic which covered topics on current medicine with the participation of internationally recognized physicians who shared in a discussion with natives doctors.
The topic of the meeting was “The Future of Medicine,” with the aim to recognize new developments and the best practices in the areas of internal medicine, neurosurgery, otolaryngology and pulmonology.

The doctors in attendance were Dr. Lourival Baptista Neto (psychiatry), Roger Hartl (neurology), Daniel Kutler (otolaryngology), Daniel M. Libby (pulmonology), and internists, Rafael Lantigua and Paul G. Lee. All conferees received a participation certificate signed by the president of the New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
