On Wednesday the 28th of December, the Altos de Chavón art gallery will be inaugurating it’s new art gallery exhibition “Caminos Azules” by local La Romana artist, Fernando Tamburini and you are cordially invited to enjoy the celebration!

The inauguration cocktail for the new exhibit will take place at 7:30pm at the Altos de Chavón main art gallery in Casa de Campo and all Casa de Campo and Altos de Chavón residents, friends, family, tourists and art lovers are invited to attend! There will be drinks for you to enjoy as you peruse and admire the new art exhibit.

“Ladrandole a las flores” by Fernando Tamburini

A local La Romana resident, Fernando Tamburini is not only a talented Dominican painter, but also a popular member of the Casa de Campo community. Fernando Tamburini is originally from Barahona and moved to La Romana in 1994, where he lived and worked in Altos de Chavon in Casa de Campo as an art teacher and later as the Director of the Altos de Chavon Art Gallery. Tamburini’s artwork generally features Caribbean scenes with bright, bold vivid colours and striking surreal symbols, which perfectly reflect the fun Caribbean lifestyle, we all love to live!

The exhibit will be open from Wednesday December the 28th to January 29th, everyday from 9am-6pm (except Wednesdays) in the Altos de Chavón art gallery in Casa de Campo La Romana.
