Hey there, Casa foodies! You are all cordially invited to indulge in a 7-course dinner by our very own Culinary Director Chef Anthony Masas this week. The tasting menu designed by Masas, will take place on Thursday, March 14th at Minitas Beach Club, where he will be presenting a special menu paired with an excellent wine selection by Masciarelli Teunte Agricole, who will be represented by their brand ambassador Miriam Lee Masciarelli. This dinner will have a cost of $89.00 USD, tax not included.
Founded by Abruzzo native Gianni Masciarelli in 1981, Masciarelli and its wines have become the standard-bearer for the Abruzzo region, and an inspiration to all emerging Italian wine regions. After a summer in Champagne in his youth, Gianni Masciarelli returned home convinced that world-class wines could be produced in Abruzzo. Through tremendous vision and endless innovation, Masciarelli became one of the most admired wineries in Italy. Just a few years ago, Miriam Lee Masciarelli, daughter of winemaker Gianni Masciarelli, took over the family business and continues championing Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, a local grape variety that the Masciarellis believe can produce world-class wines. She has been traveling around the world to promote her family’s wines and will be here in Casa working closely to Masas.
