Punta_Minitas_34_1Having recently opened a new neighborhood, Los Flamboyanes, Costasur Dominicana and Casa de Campo Real Estate together hosted an architectural contest to design a model home to be built in this area. Led by Adolfo despradel, Director of Planning and Design, Costasur Dominicana, the challenge brought together the Dominican Republic’s finest architects whose brief was to create something modern and affordable. Specifically the cost of construction should be between US$400,000 to US$600,000 so that when combined with the lot price (which range from US$400,000 to US$600,000), the total investment for a home in this area would be approximately just US$1 million. The winner of the contest, Marivi Bonilla, was announced at a cocktail party celebrated at Punta Minitas #34, where all the entries were displayed for the guests to admire. The winning design will now be built as the model home for the Los Flamboyanes neighborhood, which is located in the area surrounding the Dye Fore Lakes golf course and Costasur’s new Parkland project. Punta_Minitas_34 Congratulations Marivi Bonilla! We know the best is yet to come with this impressive project!
