The Marina Casa de Campo introduces two new movies this week, “American Made” and “Glass Castle” while still screening “IT” and “The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature.” Plus, at the end of the month, Caribbean Cinemas will begin their Independent Film Festival from September 28th – October 11th showing specific movies for a limited time.

“American Made”

Synopsis: A pilot lands work for the CIA and as a drug runner in the south during the 1980s.


“Glass Castle”

Synopsis: A young girl comes of age in a dysfunctional family of nonconformist nomads with a mother who’s an eccentric artist and an alcoholic father who would stir the children’s imagination with hope as a distraction to their poverty.

Synopsis: When children begin to disappear in the town of Derry, Maine, neighborhood kids band together to square off against Pennywise, an evil clown whose history of murder and violence dates back for centuries.


The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature

Synopsis: Following the events of the first film, Surly and his friends must stop Oakton City’s mayor from destroying their home to make way for a dysfunctional amusement park.
