Manuel Relancio, Casa de Campo’s Head Golf Pro, wins CEPM stop of the Canita Tour

Golf professional Manuel Relancio conquered this Sunday the seventh stop of the Canita Tour, held at the La Estancia golf course, in La Romana, sponsored by CEPM.

Relancio won the evening by tiebreaker over Julio Santos and Hiram Silfa. The three golfers went 4 extra holes, on the second playoff hole Santos was eliminated, then Silfa and Relancio played two more holes, the Argentine winning on the fourth, his first stop on the Canita Tour.

Relancio, like Santos and Silfa, finished with 141 strokes between Saturday and Sunday. The Argentine had the best score on Saturday with 67, followed by Santos with 68 and Silfa with 69.

Juan José Guerra, del Creso and Cledy Cordoba, finished with 145 strokes in two rounds.

The Canita Tour combines Dominican and foreign Amateur and Professional players. The Canita Tour players add points for the Punta Cana PGA Tour.
