dancing

I often hear Casa de Campo villa owners reminiscing about dancing at La Caña – well throughout the holiday season Casa de Campo is bringing this popular tradition back to life with a full schedule of live music for you to enjoy!

Over the next few weeks you are cordially invited to enjoy performances by a number of talented musicians, here we bring the schedule:

Friday Dec. 21st from 7pm: Live music with trompetist – Victor Mitrov
Victor Mitrov is one of the most prominent Bulgarian musicians of his generation and distinguished young orchestral performer is currently the principle trumpeter for the Dominican Republic’s National Symphony Orchestra.

Friday Dec. 21st from 10pm: Live music with Alexandro Segui
Live music presented by Alexandro Segui, Cuban singer-songwriter that fuses Pop with Latin rhythms. Using Cuban music as a basis and including touches of Dominican rhythms, Segui achieves a fusion that makes him an artist with a very particular and unique style!

Saturday Dec. 22nd from 8pm: Latin Night with Miguel and Aura and Chris Blizzard
Dance the night away with Miguel and Aura to traditional Latino rhythms – complimented by a live music show presented by Chris Blizzard. Chris Blizzard, who has been likened to Luther Vandross, Donnie Hathaway, and James Ingram, is also influenced by the Jazzy Pop sounds of Earth Wind & Fire, the Soulful R&B of the Commodores, and the vocal jazz styling of George Benson, all balanced with a healthy dose of Gospel.
