As the summer heat rises, Altos de Chavón is keeping the vibes cool with its popular Jazzy Nights series. On Friday, Aug. 29, the plaza comes alive once again with live jazz, outdoor art and laid-back vibes under the stars.

Following a successful last edition, where the plaza buzzed with smooth melodies and spontaneous art, this month’s event promises even more music, creativity and community connection.

Where Jazz Meets Art

Starting at 7:30 p.m., the stone-lined plaza will come alive with soulful jazz from local musicians, setting the mood for a night that’s as easygoing as it is unforgettable. As the music flows, young artists will paint live in the open air, adding a colorful visual rhythm to the evening.

Whether you’re swaying to the beat or admiring brushstrokes in real time, it’s more than a concert — it’s a full-on cultural experience.

Something for Everyone

Jazzy Nights is designed for all ages. While adults sip cocktails and soak up the scenery, kids can dive into creativity at the children’s painting workshop, guided by local artists. According to Casa de Campo Living, the activity is a crowd favorite, inspiring little ones to unleash their inner Picasso.

Guests can enjoy dinner at one of Altos de Chavón’s charming restaurants, explore the evening’s art displays, or simply kick back on the plush red cushions scattered around the plaza.

A Picture-Perfect Night

With its cobblestone streets and historic charm, Altos de Chavón offers the perfect backdrop. From families laughing over dinner to couples snapping photos as the sun sets, Jazzy Nights brings people together in a celebration of music, art and island culture.

Save the Date

Make your way to Altos de Chavón on Friday, Aug. 29, for an evening that hits all the right notes. Whether you’re a jazz lover, art enthusiast or just in search of a great night out, Jazzy Nights delivers the magic — one smooth tune at a time.
