After the tsunami of change that was the Casa de Campo Corre, Lía Matos celebrated her 18th Birthday with a wild party “Raving Colourland”… with amazing colours and music!
The younger Casa de Campo community rejoiced as one of their own, Lía Matos, was celebrating her 18th birthday with friends, family and long-time acquaintances with a fun and exciting “paint party” in Genesis, on Saturday the 6th of December.
Lía is the second daughter of Xioma Menéndez (President of the Hogar del Niño) and Leo Matos (Chairman of the Abraham Lincoln School Board of Directors), and she decided that for her birthday she wanted to both have fun and raise funds for the Hogar del Niño, the result of her Mother’s and Grandmother’s hard work and dedication!
Everyone at the party was having fun whilst blasting neon paint out of water pistols, and splashing everyone in sight! The music was amazing and very energizing, and a very nice surprise for everyone who attended the party was the pizza… Yummy!
Happy Birthday Lía!
