This Saturday August the 2nd, the 3rd annual golf tournament “Ley y Orden” (Law & Order) hosted by the Dominican National Police (Policía Nacional) will be played on the Dye Fore.
Similar to the Armada de la República Dominicana golf tournament hosted by the Dominican Navy, also played on the Dye Fore last month, the “Ley y Orden” golf tournament is being organised to raise funds for the Asociación de Esposas de Oficiales de la Policía Nacional (Wives’ Association) who will use the money to buy school supplies for police officers children.

More than 100 golfers will take part in the tournament which will be played in a “scramble in pairs” format. Awards will be given in a number of categories, while the overall net winner will take home the Gran Copa Ley y Orden (the Great Law & Order Cup).
