Coming soon! A new store is poised to open it’s doors very soon in our beloved Altos de Chavón.
LA TIENDA, which will be located underneath Café Marietta pizzeria, is scheduled to open its doors at the end of March.
It will be the first formal merchandising store for Altos de Chavon with the high standards that characterizes Altos de Chavón as the ‘Artists Village’ and the most iconic cultural center of the Caribbean.
The concept revolves around the artist lifestyle, and they are currently working with local designers, artists, graphic designers and graduates from the Altos de Chavón School of Design, as well as the Altos de Chavón workshops to create very unique products.
“Our goal is to keep the collections fresh, have new designs available every few months, keep a good quality and to have a representative design, so that each product is as a beautiful souvenir of an even more beautiful time spent in Altos de Chavón. At the same time, we want to promote local talent and help our graduate artists and artisans.” Nicole Dickson, Creative Director & Founder of LA TIENDA, told Casa de Campo Living.
