Team La Suiza emerged triumphant at the highly anticipated Casa de Campo Open 2024, showcasing skill and determination in a thrilling final match. Held on Saturday, March 30, at the Casa de Campo Polo Club’s Field 2, the season’s final showdown captivated spectators as La Suiza secured a 12-7 victory over their formidable opponents, 3J Power INF.

Led by Alex Schad, Pablo Avalos, Alex Schad Jr., and Dennys Santana, Team La Suiza dominated the field, maintaining their lead against the valiant efforts of 3J Power INF’s Miguel Mendoza, Gilberto Constanza, Julián Díaz, and Julio López.

Fernando Arata, tournament director, and Casa de Campo Challenge pro praised the players’ sportsmanship and the intense competition witnessed during the final match, expressing gratitude to all involved in ensuring the tournament’s success.

Pablo Avalos, hailing from Argentina, received the accolade of Most Valuable Player. At the same time, horse Kheira, ridden by Dennys Santana, was awarded the title of Best Playing Pony (BPP) in the final.

The final match drew a full crowd of polo players, guests, villa owners, and community members, eagerly anticipating the showdown between La Suiza, wearing red, and 3J Power, wearing black. It was an exciting duel between high-level polo players who played out on a field in impeccable conditions, ensuring a season finale that will be remembered by all who attended.
