Today December the 23rd, the new La Caña Restaurant and Lounge by Il Circo opens! Unfortunately, the opening will not involve a party, but I have heard rumours of a BIG inauguration party happening next week, which sounds VERY exciting!
The restaurant was indeed completed yesterday and was open serving lunch to guests at the pool and drinks in the bar and lounge area and last night a very special private dinner was held to celebrate the opening of the new La Caña restaurant and lounge by Il Circo!
From today onwards the restaurant will be open daily serving a delicious range of food and drink for lunch and dinner.
The menu promises to be a Italian-Mediterranean fusion with a nice variety of ‘light’ bites for lunch and a range of more ‘fuerte’ options for dinner – to read more about the menu click here. Of course after today we will have visited and hopefully tasted the menu so by tomorrow you can expect much more details about exactly how wonderful it really is!
As you can see from the photos the new La Caña Restaurant and Lounge by Il Circo, is situated above the main pool areas, surrounded by a large terrace, where you can sit and enjoy a nice view overlooking the pool – for some prime people watching!
On the other side of the restaurant is the ‘lounge area’ which has fantastic cream and brown deeply cushioned seats, perfect to relax and enjoy a cocktail or many – here even if you’re not on holiday you’re going to feel like you are! The inside of the restaurant is equally as stunning, which has a very modern, chic and ultimately unique feel, I predict it will be a huge hit with hotel guests and Casa de Campo villa owners alike!
