Following a wonderful inauguration cocktail to celebrate the opening of their new showroom in the Marina Casa de Campo, Rústicos & Más, the creators and designers of bespoke rustic furniture are enjoying great success in their new location AND with their new furniture line “Jenny”!
Due to a a great demand from Casa de Campo residents and villa owners, Rústicos & Más pleased their clients by opening a new store much more closer to them – in the Marina Casa de Campo. And so curious to find out how the new store their new furniture line has been recieved by their clients; local residents and visitors, we caught up with Samuel De Aza, Marketing Director at Rústicos & Más and found out that the number of visitors and new customers has, in his words, been “unstoppable!”
@cdcliving: After opening the new showroom at the Marina Casa de Campo, what has been the response from the public? Samuel De Aza: The response and acceptance from the Casa de Campo market has been impresive. This corresponds to the high demands we’ve had in the past, which prompted the team to take the decision of opening a new showroom in Coconut Mall at the Marina Casa de Campo.
The visits we’ve received from villa owners, architects, designers, tourists and business men is unstoppable! We’ve received many wonderful comments about our company in general and that is because the service we provide and the quality of our exclusive furniture has really satisfied our clients.
@cdcliving: ¿How long did it take to get ready the new line “Jenny”? Samuel De Aza: It took us 60 days to get it ready, taking into account the amount of furniture produced, its decorative complements and the time taken to plan the production.
Its important to mention that the Marketing team, as well as our interior and furniture designers have been planning the designs of these furniture months before the final launching of the line into the market.
After the complete line of furniture is made and then aproved by the “quality and control department”, it will be easier to take in the clients orders, making it much faster for their delivery. It generally take us between 15 and 20 days to deliver orders.

Inspired by nature, this is a resistant and modern collection of bespoke furniture, characterized by the quality of its materials and diversity – of equal class and style to their hugely popular “Don Julio” collection, with the addition of some new and interesting design features.

@cdcliving: ¿What inspired the new “Jenny” line? Samuel de Aza: This new line is inspired by the beauty of nature.
@cdcliving: The “Jenny” furniture line is ideal for what type of spaces? Samuel de Aza: This new collection is ideal for all spaces; living spaces or bedrooms due to its elegant combination of colours, textures and materials used for its creation.
This line of furniture is made with premium materials, with textile fabric, and fibers internationally recognized in different markets for their use in furniture. It is very resistant to water and sun.

“Don Julio” by Rústicos y Más
“Rústicos y Más” made their Casa de Campo debut in November 2011 at Casa de Campo Living’s Feria Dueños held at the Cacique Conference Centre, where Rústicos y Más showcased their new collection “Don Julio”, which features stunning rustic and traditional pieces, ideal for Casa de Campo bedrooms, living areas and dining spaces. The “Don Julio” collections features exclusive designs which have been manufactured by hand by experienced Dominican furniture creators right here in La Romana using the highest quality Dominican woods, such as oak, as well as “Abaca”, a highly resistant waterproof material, woven using traditional Dominican artesanal methods.
The “Don Julio” line was also showcased in Altos de Chavón during the “Bazaar Navideño” (also organized by Casa de Campo Living) and through the Christmas holidays – with Rústicos y Más selling out of many of the doors and rustic furniture pieces they had on display!
