On Wednesday April 2nd, Susanne and Enrico Guicciardi hosted a cocktail among friends of the Casa de Campo community to celebrate the arrival of their new granddaughter Isabella Guicciardi.
The intimate gathering at their charming Casa de Campo villa near to the Casa de Campo Tennis Center, was a celebration to welcome Isabella, as well Katie, the wife of their son Gianluca.
Enrico Guicciardi, formerly the Ambassador for Italy in the Dominican Republic, relocated to Casa de Campo with Susanne in 2006. Having fallen in love with the resort during his time working as Ambassador in Santo Domingo, choosing Casa de Campo as their new home in the Dominican Republic was an easy decision.
When asked how it feels to be a grandmother for the first time, Susanne replied “wonderful”, exclaiming “finally a girl!”
