Dust off your good camera, bring out your drawing or sketch pad, and roll that fashion mannequin out of your closet because the “International Summer” short-course program from the Chavón School of Design starts today!
Whether you are a true artist or looking for the artist within you, the “International Summer” courses are right for you. These super short courses each last from 1 – 2 weeks and offer training opportunities in Design, Photography, Fashion Design, Illustration, Editorial, Interior Design, Art Therapy, Movies, Scripts, Painting, Sculpture among others. The best part is that your don’t have to travel the distance as they are taking place right here in Casa!
We encourage you to browse through the full calendar of the courses here and consider reviving the artist in you. Although there are 3 courses set to start today (June 29th) you are still in time to enroll in any of the courses for the weeks ahead as the summer program will end on the 21st of August and there are new courses scheduled for almost every week.
At Casa de Campo Living we have taken some of the courses from past summers ourselves, and can attest to the fact that the professors are all experienced professionals in the industry and the courses welcome people from all backgrounds and age groups. Another strong point is that this course will help you create or improve your portfolio if you are planning to enter the School of Art and Design Altos de Chavon soon.
