The National Institute for Professional Technical Training (INFOTEP) awarded titles and certificates to 80 Casa de Campo employees and middle managers, who completed their training this year in various occupational areas, as part of the actions carried out by the institution, in support of the tourism and hotel sectors, in the eastern part of the country.

The graduation ceremony was led by Rafael Santos Badía, general director of INFOTEP, and Andrés Pichardo, president of the Casa de Campo hotel.

Rosario Vélez, Human Talent Management Manager, reported that the courses given to Middle Managers included operational planning at work, coaching techniques, feedback and feedforward, effective and assertive communication, problem analysis and solution, and fundamentals of supervision and the Certification and Technical Validation was carried out for all the Bartenders of the hotel.

On his side, the president of Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, Andrés Pichardo, thanked the presence of the General Director of Infotep, Mr. Rafael Santos and the delegation that accompanied him, as well as highlighted the “Commitment of Casa de Campo to the development and growth of human talent with the purpose of achieving a better future for themselves, their family and the company.”
