Mery Ledesma, Laura Duffield, Mignon Bellini, Marina GelatiCasa de Campo and India… both hot places, but apart from that the similarities end there. So on Wednesday May 6th when Mignon Bellini hosted her annual Indian dinner for her friends of the Casa de Campo community, it was a fun opportunity to embrace the orient!

With a strict “Indian” dress code, all the guests strutted into Mignon’s Casa de Campo villa in an array of colored and bejewelled Indian or at least Indian inspired clothing. And while some had made more of an effort than others… the star of the night was Enrico Guicciardi who seemed to take great delight in wearing a very beautiful pink dress, or should we say “tunic”?

Enrico, former Ambassador for Italy in the Dominican Republic, wore a “tunic” 😉

After cocktails on the terrace, the Casa de Campo guests enjoyed a delicious Indian feast prepared by Mignon herself, and while Philip and I were unable to join the party this year (booo hooo!), we were able to send our photographer, Alejandro Heredia, so here we invite you to enjoy a little insight into this spicy night in Casa de Campo:
