This Saturday 28th of January, in honor of the upcomming Carnaval season in the Dominican Republic, Jenny Polanco’s Project store will be hosting the opening of an exhibit named “Máscaras“, a mask collection elaborated by various artists, at the Marina Casa de Campo.
The Dominican Carnaval, is one of – if not the biggest cultural celebration in the Dominican Republic, and to start it off, the Jenny Polanco’s Project store will be inaugurating its new collection named “Máscaras”, with an exquisite cocktail starting at 5pm of national and international drinks for all residents, visitors and Casa de Campo villa owners.
The exhibit will display a series of unique masks made by the French artist Jordi Taza, Italian artist Eugenio Occhioni and Hanjo Porath from Germany. “Máscaras” is a compendium of works of art elaborated with recycled organic materials; a different and unique way of creating masks which include collectible pieces.
The masks will be available for sale during and after the event (if they are not sold out by then) at the Jenny Polanco’s Project!
