From the 25th to the 29th of October 2012, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the “Yachting Capital of the World” hosted the 53rd Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show and as always I.B.I. Yachts, based in the Marina was part of this important nautical event.
I.B.I. Yachts proudly and exclusively represents the world-renowned, Azimut-Benetti Group in Dominican Republic, Haiti and other Caribbean islands, who this year introduced several new models to the Atlantis and Azimut Yachts portfolio, as well as launching the new Azimut Grande 100 and the Benetti Delfino 93 – both making their debut in the US at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
The influx of visitors and customers to the Azimut – Benetti Group stand, where Mauro Caslini and his daughter Alice Caslini welcomed their guests, was surprising given that for the first two days of the show, Hurricane Sandy was passing to the North of Florida – causing some not-so-pleasant weather!
During the show, the Azimut-Benetti Group received several awards, among them one of the “Yacht of the Year” by Power and Motor Yacht Magazine and the AIM Awards by Magellano 43.
