Guests enjoy champagne at the launch of Chris Chraft yachts in the Marina Casa de CampoFlanked by the Caribbean sea, and row upon row of yachts of all shapes and sizes, IBI Yachts could not have chosen a better location for this truly nautical occasion. Guests were welcomed to the gathering by 2 ravishing models dressed is fashionable sailor-style dresses and who handed out cute boating theme bracelets to everyone as they arrived – a simple touch but something that proved so popular they actually ran out by the end and were somewhat “in demand” by those who arrived later in the evening!

As the sun started to set, the sky glowed upon the special occasion and invitees sipped on Perrier Jouet champagne, while enjoying a delicious selection of typically Dominican hors d’oeuvres. Classical Son music, perfectly in line with the essence of the Chris Craft style – reminiscent of 1950’s nautical elegance – only served to enhance the ambience.

For IBI Yachts, part of the IB Nautica Group, who have been based in the Marina Casa de Campo for more than 15 years and are the representatives in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean to brands such as Atlantis, Azimut, Benetti and BlueGame, the occasion was a fitting celebration to welcome Chris Craft – yachts which we have no doubt will soon be seen all over the Marina Casa de Campo… and Palmilla!
