On August 11, a remarkable celebration unfolded at the Hogar del Niño honoring the distinguished class of 2022-2023 at the XV graduation ceremony of this institution. The event bore witness to the culmination of hard work, dedication, and perseverance of 63 students, under the guidance of Sanil Garcia, who seamlessly orchestrated an unforgettable ceremony for students, dignitaries, educators, and administrators alike.

The jubilant affair was awash with poignant moments, evoking joy and reflection. From the heartfelt conferral of diplomas and recognitions to the speeches by students Sol Ángel Santana and Frederick Moisés Tejeda, the proceedings were marked by academic accomplishment and profound camaraderie.

Keynote addresses further enriched the event’s intellectual tapestry. Jason Kycek, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Casa de Campo Resort and Villas, imparted inspirational insights, infusing the proceedings with motivation and purpose. Sharon Encarnación and Nahomy Luis, who had garnered invaluable experiences as interns at the United Nations, recounted their enlightening journey while Arq. Vianny Valdez and Licda. Yenifer Pablo shared their perspectives as recipients of scholarships, illuminating the transformative power of education.

Notably, nine scholarships were awarded this year to the students Katherine Ruiz Carrasco, Ana Victoria Moreno Garcia, Sol Angel Santana Guerrero, Sharon Naomi Encarnación, Mauricio Angel Perez Donastorg, Emmanuel Antonio Pelegrin, José Junior Santana Román, Andy Alfredo Florentino and Frederick Moises Tejeda Rodríguez.
