The Hogar del Niño Weekend fever has started all around Casa de Campo, and this is your opportunity to register for all the sports activities we have to look forward to in the coming days.
The 18th annual Hogar del Niño fundraising weekend starts on Friday 13th with two very important activities; the visit to the Hogar del Niño facilities in La Romana and later the homes and gardens tour in Casa de Campo. But that’s not all because on the following day February 14th, all the sporting activitieswill take place, including; the golf tournament, the tennis tournament, the MTB-Racing Tour (cycling marathon), a Zumba Class, the end of the polo tournament and to finish with a flourish, a fantastic dinner dance party.
Oh and don’t forget that the Hogar del Niño Polo Cup is already underway, with exciting polo games taking place this week and next week (click here for the schedule).

The Hogar del Niño is a children’s daycare and educational center for over 1500 children, located in La Romana town, just outside of Casa de Campo. Children from as young as just a few weeks old up to 18 years old are cared for and educated daily, from as early as 5:30am and staying as late as 7pm.
The organization also provides special schooling to over 75 hearing impaired and blind children, as well as a vocational school where over 235 students receive classes in different areas like: sewing; industrial preparation, installation and electrical maintenance; plumbing and management of computer office programs.
