For many years, the 26th of April has been a date in which the Dominican Republic celebrates all the hard work and dedication of Secretaries all across the country!
Although this special date is forgotten by some, today we would like to congratulate and thank each and everyone of the secretaries in Casa de Campo and in the Dominican Republic, especially our own Rosanna Ramírez, of Silgon Inc., (creators of CasaLife magazine and Casa de Campo Living website) who with much enthusiasm, hard work and responsability, helps us complete numerous everyday tasks, so that we can keep you up-to-date on all that it going on in Casa de Campo!
The reason why it is celebrated on this date is because its origin comes from the “Interamerican Secretary’s Day” in honor of the first “Secretary’s Interamerican Congress” which took place in 1970, when the “Federación Interamericana de Asociaciones de Secretarias, FIAS” (Interamerican Federation of Secretaries Asociation) was founded.
So if you have not yet brought your secretary any flowers, chocolates or a nice big smile, you still have time!
Congratulations to all and thank you for your hard work!!
