The Anfiteatro de Altos de Chavón will turn into a spiritual and musical gathering place on July 17. Hakuna takes the stage for an acoustic concert rooted in faith, joy and community, inviting attendees to experience a unique blend of music, meaning, and connection.

What is Hakuna?

Hakuna is a global Christian community founded during World Youth Day 2013 in Rio de Janeiro. Since then, it has expanded across continents, using music to share a message of love, unity and living with purpose. Their heartfelt melodies and reflective lyrics have resonates with young audiences around the world, encouraging a joyful approach to faith and life.

Known for its intimate acoustic concerts, Hakuna creates an environment where music becomes a bridge for reflection, connection and celebration.

A Night of Purpose and Connection

The concert begins at 6:30 p.m. and will feature Hakuna alongside Militantes Bierd. Together, they promise an evening of acoustic sounds, inspiring stories and moments designed to unite the crowd. It’s more than a performance — it’s a chance to gather, sing and share in an uplifting experience.

Beyond the music, the night will include an after-party and the signature “Hora Santa.” This special time of peaceful prayer and quiet reflection will take place at Zona San Carlos in La Romana. A hallmark of Hakuna’s gatherings, it invites participants to slow down and reconnect with their faith in a personal way.
