Casa de Campo Resort & Villas is proud to announce that chefs Rodrigo Menéndez, Saverio Stassi, and Joaquín Renovales will join forces for a masterful dinner under the stars at Minitas Beach Club as part of the Food and Wine Festival, taking place October 11-12.

These acclaimed chefs will offer attendees a unique culinary experience in an unparalleled setting. The evening promises to be unforgettable, featuring two food stations with a menu that blends innovative techniques with exquisite local and international flavors.
Guests will enjoy a feast beneath a starry sky, surrounded by the elegance and charm of Casa de Campo’s Minitas Beach Club. The collaboration among these chefs underscores the resort’s commitment to providing luxurious experiences that combine the best of the culinary and wine worlds.
The Food and Wine Festival is one of the most anticipated events of the year, celebrating the finest in regional and international cuisine. It will also feature renowned chefs such as Hubert Keller, Scott Conant, and Shawn McClain, along with local standout Chef Tita.
In partnership with Invited Clubs, the festival will offer attendees an enriching experience that includes exclusive tastings, live demonstrations, and food and wine pairings. Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore the resort’s luxurious amenities, including the Premier Club and the Forbes 4-star rated Casa de Campo Spa.
About the Chefs:

- Rodrigo Menéndez: The current Culinary Director of Casa de Campo Resort, Menéndez’s extensive international background infuses notable creativity into each dish. His distinctive approach masterfully combines traditional culinary techniques with contemporary flavors for a unique dining experience.
- Joaquín Renovales Araujo: The chef behind the kitchens of SBG, a prestigious restaurant group in the Dominican Republic. Since 2008, he has led SBG to expand with five additional restaurants, including SBG Punta Cana and SBG Casa de Campo, along with his latest project, San Marzano.
- Saverio Stassi: Acclaimed for his focus on signature cuisine and his ability to blend traditional techniques with contemporary flavors while highlighting local Dominican products through his project Ajualä.
