This past weekend in the Casa de Campo resort was a bit more active than usual, all thanks to the Fundación MIR Family Weekend, which brought together more than 300 people among them Casa de Campo villa owners, residents and visitors, who enjoyed a circuit of activities which started at La Terraza Tennis Center, then moved to La Romana Country Club and the Teeth of the Dog Driving Range, finishing up with an elegant dinner-dance party at Minitas Beach.
Each year this fundraising event is celebrated in our Casa de Campo resort in benefit of Fundación MIR, who runs three schools in La Romana with more than 1,500 students, who through the generous support of the Casa de Campo community, multiple businesses and visitors of different nationalities, are able to give their students the education they need for a bright future.
In the upcoming days we will be publishing more articles with many many photos of each of the the Fundación MIR Family Weekend events, as well as a video showing a summary of both the sports experiences and the dinner-party at Minitas Beach, where everyone danced and enjoyed a night full of splendor and good camaraderie.
