Fernando Tamburini at the Casa de Campo Livign Bazaar THIS Saturday the 12th of June Casa de Campo Living is holding it’s first BAZAAR in Altos de Chavon and Fernando Tamburini, one of our favourite Dominican artists has agreed to take part as our special guest artist. As Casa de Campo Living’s special guest artist for the Bazaar, Fernando has created a new selection of art especially to sell at the bazaar – unique and typically Dominican mirror frames and a wonderful selection of colorful and fun animal paintings, as well as some special artesanias such as bracelets and necklaces of wood. Tamburini is originally from Barahona, but first moved to La Romana in 1994 to work for the Altos de Chavon design school, having lived and worked here over 15 years, Tamburini has become a household name and Casa de Campo is full of Tamburini aficionados! Tamburini‘s art depicts Caribbean scenes with bright, bold vivid colours and striking surreal symbols, which perfectly reflect the fun Caribbean lifestyle, we all love to live! Tamburini‘s latest creations pictured above and below will be on sale at Casa de Campo Living’s Bazaar in Altos de Chavon on THIS Saturday the 12th of June, from 3pm to 8pm – we look forward to seeing you there! As well as Tamburini‘s beautiful art work, there will be more than 50 stalls, which will be selling clothing, jewelry, furniture, art, home decorations, books, paintingsartesanias, purses, swim wear, hand bags, house ware, candles and shoes!
