“It is an event that combines tourism and competition in different categories, where not only you can enjoy a good golf game, but a great climate, beaches and tourist attractions, something that continues to motivate players to visit our country year after year. Along with the fact that they are able to play and enjoy an environment where comradeship reigns, it is in that sense that we make a great contribution to strengthening the country’s tourism and particularly the East Zone as the most important golf destination in the Caribbean,” said Rafael Canario, director of the event, who together with Fedogolf organizes the international affair, whilst Rafael Villalona, president of FEDOGOLF thanked everybody and the sponsors for their continued support.

The tournament will be played in a “Stableford” format. The men’s division has an age limit of 49 years-old and is divided into four categories; A, B, C, and D. The age range for the senior division is from 50 to 59 years-old and is broken down into three categories: A, B, and C. The super senior division is for players age 60 and over.
