At 6:45 p.m. the show will be formally inaugurated, accompanied by beverages and finger foods. The cocktail reception will conclude at 8:30 p.m., and the gallery will close at 9 p.m.

About the artist

Born in Barcelona, Sallent draws inspiration from the Antillean tropics—coastal cottages, coconut palms and rainbow streaked skies. Using palette knife and spontaneous brushstrokes, he transforms everyday scenes into compositions that celebrate happiness and the beauty of simplicity. Describing himself as a “philosopher of color and life,” he invites viewers to share an optimistic outlook through each canvas.
