Cars and Jazz…what’s not to love? Multiplaza La Romana designs activities for Dad this July

This post is also available in: Spanish

Father’s Day in the Dominican Republic is celebrated the last Sunday of July, this year falling Sunday the 30th. The Multiplaza La Romana, located just a few minutes outside of Casa de Campo, has prepared two Father’s day themed activities that the whole family can enjoy.

Multiplaza La Romana transformed its first floor this week into an Antique Cars Museum. The corridors have become the stage for the inauguration of its first exhibition of antique cars. Around noon on Sunday, July 09, the exhibition officially opened to the public and will remain so until this Sunday. The cars belong to the group Dominican Collectors of Antique Cars and a total of 10 cars from 1947 to 1977 are on display. Notably, a 1967 Ford Mustang and a 1957 Chevrolet Belair as part of the exhibition.

Celebrate with dad a little early this month by taking him to see the antique car exhibition. Then, return on Saturday, July 29th to hear the sweet, melodious tunes of Jazz. Step back in time to the late 19th and early 20th centuries for a musical era everyone enjoys. Dad’s definitely going to be on board.
