Costasur in alliance with Evergo, a technology platform operated by InterEnergy Systems Dominicana, the technology division of InterEnergy Group, announces the commissioning of two level 2 and 3 charging stations for electric vehicles in Casa de Campo.

This strategic alliance is part of the actions and commitment of the complex for the preservation, care of the environment, and the generation of sustainable tourism in the Dominican Republic. This initiative contributes to the stimulation of new forms of clean mobility, reducing the environmental impact.

Evergo is the first smart network of electric vehicle charging stations under the same ecosystem that maximizes the user experience through multiple interaction platforms. Evergo charging stations are self-service, using an RFID card and an APP, available in the App Store and Google Play, through which the user can track their cargo in real-time, pay virtually and view the proximity of other stations. This flexible ecosystem allows adapting to the needs of users at all times, providing a differentiated service thanks to cutting-edge technology, and at the same time maximizing the user experience, with the purpose of facilitating, promoting, and promoting more sustainable mobility.

Evergo has more than 200 charging stations installed or in the process of being installed in the four cardinal points of the country, with the aim of reaching 500 charging stations by the end of 2021, thus contributing to a more sustainable future for the Dominican Republic.

The electric charging units are located in the parking lots of El Cacique and the Dársena area in La Marina.
