Last Friday the 9th of November 2012, the Dueños 2012 celebration hosted by Costasur and Casa de Campo got off to a great start with the “Entrega de los Regalos” (distribution of the Dueños souvenirs) at the Cacique conference center, where literally hundreds of Casa de Campo villa owners passed through to collect their “goody bags”, but were also treated to a number of other surprises…..
Starting from 2pm, Casa de Campo villa owners were invited to collected their goody bags which this year contained a pink and blue T-shirts and caps, as well as a super useful Dueños fanny pack – which I will certainly be using on my next trip to Disney World!
Proudly showing off the many services and activities they have to offer was the Golf Department, the Polo and Equestrian Department, the Tennis Department, the Gymnasium, Family Programs, the Food and Beverages Department, the Casa de Campo Spa, as well as Weddings and Events – who had all creating superb representations of their departments to promote themselves. Family Programs kept Casa de Campo’s little ones busy and entertained with a variety of activities including several surprise appearances by Camilo, the Casa de Campo mascot, whilst the Gymnasium with their sports equipments was also a surprise hit with the kids!
Meanwhile, a big hit with the adults was Food and Beverages who served up a constant supply of well – food and beverages, which perfectly complimented the Absolut vodka cocktails and Chivas whiskey we were serving over at the Silgon Inc. stand – where we also had a nice lounge with furniture provided by Rusticos y Más, creators of rustic bespoke furniture, who have a store in the Marina Casa de Campo and will soon by opening in Altos de Chavón too.
Also a big attraction was the “mini-spa” created by the Casa de Campo Spa – set up in a separate salon of the conference center, where with dimmed lights, soothing music and calming scents, weary Casa de Campo villa owners were revived with special sample massages and even facials! What a treat!
TODO Casa de Campo was a BIG hit at Dueños 2012!
